Our first Missouri offer

We put an offer on a house.  It's in town so we aren't really thinking of it as a permanent home.  If we get the place, we'll probably crash there for the summer.  Then we'll have to decide whether we want to stick around or just try to rent the place out for the coming year.

We didn't offer full price so we'll have to wait to see if our offer is accepted.

I feel like I'm calmer than I should be.  Are we really doing this?
